Pictures to Come...

I have been a busy girl this week. Got my Sunbeam's bday gift done Sunday and have almost finished Sara's bday gift... pics to come this weekend.

I am Loved!!

I had the most heart-warming of experiences this past week. Thanks to modern technology I am able to voice chat with my nephews and niece (who live in CT) on gmail. I had a wonderful time talking to them. We don't get to chat often because our lives are just a bit on the hectic side. So, time came for them to get off and on with their schooling...and we were saying goodbye when I was told... "I love you, Tante." Awww....now just that warms my heart. But the love you's continued.

Wouldn't you know...I'm loved more than their house, more than the pencil cup, more than any house, and more than any laptop in the world. Wow!! What a special Tante I am!! And soooo.... I love you too kiddos!!! Thanks for making me feel so loved!!

Little Man's pants

Remember the Soaker I crocheted for my nephew? Well...here is the proof....it fits!!

Or atleast fit. Knowing my sister, she still hasn't learned how to stop my nieces and nephews from growing...and so...I'm already behind on crocheting another soaker. But, alas, other projects are higher on my To Do list....Sorry sis!

Snowflakes

I take absolutely NO credit for the picture below. I copied it off of the blog of a friend from church. Her son was one of my nursery kids last year. But I thought it was perfect to show you how perfect the "snowstorm" we had Sunday-Monday was. It started snowing Saturday night...stopped Monday night. We didn't get more than a couple inches and the roads were dry at 930 this morning. Gotta love it!! But by far my favorite part were the snowflakes...that actually looked like snowflakes!!! Completely made my week!! (Or atleast my day)

Happy February!!

Well hello there February 1st. Where in the world did you come from?? Do you not realize I'm still not convinced it's 2010...and yet you come rolling around the bend like there's nothing to it.

And so....as February begins (yes seriously)...I begin to wonder what happened to my goal of working out and eating right. Well...January was a start. As most things go...I would attend zumba monday-wednesday and would attend pilates once a week. Thursday-Saturday are a different story.

Then I was sick this last week...oh yes...the froggier the better. Just ask my family!

And so....February begins. I'm up early...blogged...and off to babysit. Hope the rest of the month is as successful...
