Last month I met my best friend and her daughter (my god-daughter) at Park Meadows Mall for a girls day. It was nice to get away and go shopping. However, getting to the south side of Denver was no small feat. It was drizzling when I left FoCo and by the time I got to Longmont it was DOWNPOURING!!! It continued until Brighton (just north of Denver). I've never seen such hard rain last for so long. I was absolutely terrified. However, true to Colorado weather...by the time I made it to Park Meadows it was sunny and blue skies. White fluffy clouds too.. Go Figure! That's ok tho...I had a BLAST!!
