For those who've never had an ebelskiver...I'm sorry! You're missing out!!! However, you know that commercial for the pancake puff pan? Thats an ebelskiver...well...the modernized American version. But hey....DELICIOUS!!!!
Also...notice the cute hat Whit and baby Beeda are wearing. Yours truely made those. Cute huh? I'm still pretty proud that Beeda's hat fits her. :-) Way to go ME!!!
